Schedule a Support Session

If you’ve recently heard the words “triple negative breast cancer,” you may be feeling overwhelmed, scared, or unsure what comes next.

Many women describe the first days or weeks after diagnosis as one of the most difficult parts of the entire journey. Suddenly there are appointments, medical terms, treatment decisions, and endless questions — often with very little time to process everything emotionally.

I remember feeling that way too.

When I was diagnosed, I searched everywhere for someone who had actually gone through this experience and could help me understand what to expect. I wanted reassurance that what I was feeling was normal and that it was possible to get through it.

That’s why I offer these support calls today.

What This Support Call Is

This is a safe, supportive conversation with someone who has personally navigated triple negative breast cancer — from diagnosis through treatment and healing.

During our call, you’ll have the opportunity to talk openly about where you are in your journey and ask questions in a calm, supportive space.

We may talk about things like:

  • processing the emotions that come with a new diagnosis

  • preparing for upcoming oncology appointments

  • questions you may want to ask your care team

  • what treatment may look like based on my experience

  • ways to support your body and mental health during treatment

  • navigating the fear and uncertainty that often comes early on

Every conversation is different and guided by what you need most in that moment.

What This Call Is Not

These sessions are not medical consultations, and I do not replace your healthcare providers.

Instead, I offer peer support and lived experience to help you feel less alone and more empowered as you move through the early stages of your diagnosis.

What You Can Expect

By the end of our conversation, many women say they feel:

  • calmer and less alone

  • more prepared for upcoming appointments

  • more hopeful about the journey ahead

  • supported by someone who truly understands

Sometimes the most powerful thing is simply speaking with someone who has been where you are and come out the other side.
